We do what we do because

every voice counts

The blueprint for this workshop wasn’t written in a corporate church office or a quiet classroom. It was forged over three years of leading the midnight-to-6:00 AM prayer watch at IHOP KC, and sixteen years of ministering at Hope City KC to people battling addiction, homelessness, poverty, and systemic trauma.

When you spend decades praying in places where nobody is pretending, you quickly realize that the modern emphasis on outward appearances is completely hollow. We took the exact tools, the raw scriptural foundations, and the deep relational resilience developed in those heavy spaces, and we packaged them into a weekend designed to help everyday congregations break through the noise.

Whether we are standing in a mega-church sanctuary or a prison

our team follows two non-negotiable Rules:

The goal of an Amplify weekend is never to get your people to watch Aaron lead worship from a platform. The goal is to lead the congregation to realize God is listening to the person in the back row as much as He is to the worship leader—and that the entire room is called to active intercession.

01. The stage is an illusion; the room is the reality.

02. God is not repelled by our mess; He Works With Our Mess.

Bring your deep, unapologetic passion.
